Overview of the MId/Senior UX Designer Role
As a UX Designer, you will focus on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences across our applications, particularly those involving data visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to ensure the product design aligns with both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from research to final wireframes and prototypes, ensuring an intuitive user experience while informing design decisions.
Design new features and product enhancements.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to iterate and improve the user experience, with a focus on dashboards and data-centric features.
Create user journeys to visualize user flows and interactions.
Advocate for the user, ensuring their needs and pain points are prioritized throughout product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve design processes.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
4+ years of experience in designing web applications, dashboard applications with data visualization, and other digital platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UX design.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Strong knowledge of Figma (components, variables, auto layout).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Experience collaborating in an Agile or iterative development environment.
A passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that solve real problems.
Experience with journey visualization tools, user flows, personas, and other tools that enhance communication and collaboration with stakeholders is a plus.
