What will you be doing?

You will join our Operations & Maintenance Center (OMC) team, where we ensure the smooth operation and high quality of SMS, Voice, Data and Revenue Assurance services in an international telecom environment.

This is a technical support role, focused on 1st level service support and monitoring, logical analysis and operational problem solving. You will work closely with internal technical teams and international B2B partners to identify issues, provide initial investigation and ensure proper escalation.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Monitoring network and service performance using various technical and analytical tools
  • Detecting, analysing and escalating issues as part of 1st level support
  • Connecting the dots between different systems, data sources and events
  • Collaborating closely with technical, development and sales teams
  • Communicating with B2B customers and partners in English

Work is organised in three shifts:

  • Morning (07:00–15:00)
  • Afternoon (15:00–23:00)
  • Night (23:00–07:00)

Weekend and holiday work is part of the role, with shift schedules agreed one month in advance based on individual preferences.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong active knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Logical thinking, curiosity and the ability to connect information
  • Solid general computer skills and confidence working with multiple software tools and systems
  • Interest in telecommunications, IT systems and modern technologies
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
  • Clear, professional and respectful communication skills

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Knowledge of telecom services (SMS, Voice, Data) or Revenue Assurance
  • Experience from call center – technical support environments
