Join our innovative team as a Product Owner, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and launch of cutting-edge products and solutions tailored for the ever-evolving needs of the telecommunications industry. As a key contributor, you will actively engage with users, customers, and stakeholders, anticipating their needs and translating insights into actionable product specifications.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the development and launch of products and solutions.
  • Active cooperation with prospective users, existing customers, and stakeholders within the group in order to anticipate and understand their needs and translate these needs into the preparation of product specifications.
  • Design of user stories and user journeys and care for the user experience of products.
  • Preparation and control over the implementation of the product development plan (roadmap).
  • Overseeing all phases of product development, including design and technological development.
  • Management of the list of tasks in the product backlog and their prioritization according to changing requirements and circumstances.
  • Active cooperation with business operations and other relevant stakeholders in the group in the product development process.
  • Obtaining feedback from the processes of implementation and use of products in order to further develop and understand the needs of users.
  • Monitoring and translating data into guidelines for further development.
  • Informing relevant stakeholders in the group about innovations related to product development, upgrades and other innovations.
  • Cocreating a go-to-market plan in close cooperation with marketing and sales in order to prepare a description of market needs and ways in which the products respond to them (description of the benefits and value proposition of products).
  • Performing in stream aligned teams in an agile environment.
  • Monitoring business needs, setting development milestones and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate post-launch performance monitoring and reporting to assess future investments.
  • Prioritizing and deprioritizing stories.
  • Cooperation with DevOps/QA engineers for product testing.
  • Running collaboration sessions within and across teams to determine UI/UX and other requirements.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Team player, part of the collective.
  • Openness to acquiring new knowledge.

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Jira Project Management tools
  • Knowledge and experience with agile software development (SCRUM)
  • Previous experience with enterprise software product development.
  • Technical knowledge of the telecommunication field.
  • Previous experience at vendors who target telco operators is a big plus.
  • Understanding of the vendor business logic in the telco arena.
